In a heartfelt tribute, the All Roads family shared the devastating news of Sheldon’s passing, describing him as an integral member of their team whose impact extended far beyond the workplace. Upon learning of the tragedy, the company immediately halted asphalt plant operations and gathered to honor a man who had earned the admiration and respect of everyone around him.
Sheldon was known for his unwavering dedication to his crew and his willingness to advocate for those he worked alongside. Colleagues recalled how he frequently approached management to ensure his team had the resources and support they needed, helping bring about positive changes within the organization.
“He was always looking out for his people,” recalled Denis Labelle, Vice President of Operations. “We’ve changed many things for the better because of him.”
